David R. Lane

David R. Lane was born in San Jose, California and raised in neighboring Butte County. He has been practicing law in Yuba and Sutter Counties for over 45 years. He joined the firm in 1973 and has been a shareholder of the firm since 1976. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Napa County District Attorney's Office. He also served as an interim administrative hearing officer for the State of California, hearing welfare appeals prior to working in the Napa District Attorney's office.

He is a California Family Law specialist and has been certified since 1980 by the State Bar of California's Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Lane primarily practices in the area of Family law, however, he has substantial experience and practice in Criminal Law, Real Property Law, Personal Injury, Corporate Law, and Municipal Law. He has acted as Judge Pro Tem for various types of matters in the local courts. He has been named as a Top Attorney by the San Francisco Magazine, and Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine.

Brant Bordsen

Mr. Bordsen has extensive experience in the areas of Business and Civil Litigation, Landlord / Tenant Law, Municipal Law, Bankruptcy, and Real Property. He is presently the City Attorney for the City of Marysville, and for the City of Live Oak.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Bordsen is extremely involved in local musical arts programs, including performing with the Yuba-Sutter Oratorio Society's production of Messiah, and Borgamaria Opera Company. Most recently he was Daddy Warbucks in the Acting Company’s production of Annie. He is also a member of the Yuba City Kiwanis Club.

Anthony Galyean

Mr. Galyean was born and raised in San Diego. in 1997 he joined the firm and moved to the Yuba-Sutter area. He specializes in the areas of commercial law, business disputes, construction law, contracts, civil litigation, municipal law, insurance defense litigation, real estate law, land/lord tenant law and agricultural law. Mr. Galyean's practice focuses on both transactional matters and litigation. Mr. Galyean practices in municipal law and he is presently the City Attorney for the City of Gridley.

Nicole Rosser

Shareholder

Nicole Rosser joined the firm in 2005 as an Associate Attorney. Ms. Rosser practices in the areas of Trust Administration, Probate, Estate Planning, Real Property Law, and Business Litigation. Ms. Rosser is a member of the Marysville Rotary Club and has served on the Board of Directors for the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce.

Landon Little

Landon T. Little joined the Firm in 2011 as an associate attorney. Mr. Little focuses his practice in civil litigation, including personal injury, commercial, agricultural, and property disputes.  When he’s not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Jared Hastey

Jared P. Hastey joined the Firm in 2017 as an associate attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hastey started a property management and real estate sales business with his wife. He is also a California Real Estate Broker.
